Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry or request a resource, we may collect your name, company, work email, target market, project brief, language, requested resource and technical security records such as time, IP-derived abuse controls and user agent. We also store your cookie preference.
Purposes and legal bases
We use this information to answer requests, assess projects, deliver requested resources, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. The applicable basis may be consent, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation.
Retention
Inquiry and resource-request records are provisionally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless an active project, dispute or legal duty requires a different period. Security records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary. This schedule remains subject to legal review.

Authorized personnel and vetted hosting, email, security and translation providers may process data for these purposes. Data may be accessed or processed outside your region. Where required, Aidols will use appropriate contractual or other safeguards.
Your rights

Security, children and changes
We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. This business website is not directed to children. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised date.
